Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Vividly and any purchase you make through our store. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs. Prices are shown including VAT where applicable.
Payment
You can pay by card or, for courier orders, by cash on delivery. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, and risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. See our Shipping & returns page for full details.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. For any questions, email hello@vividly.gr.
